Changing our website designer was a major decision for us ...it shouldn't have been !
The professional approach to understanding our business and coming up with new ideas for our branding and making our new website come alive was well worth it. Big Dot Media involved us at all stages whilst managing the project and steering us to make the right decisions. The most important and unexpected development was the design of a new corporate logo, which proved to be the anchor for not just the website, but our entire marketing approach for the current year - creating the new corporate brand which then catapulted more ideas for the site and general marketing projects.

Whilst there was a lot of discussion in the early part of the project, once the styles, format and content were agreed, Big Dot just went away and created a fantastic professional and we trust hard working website!

A: We put a lot of effort into partnering with our clients to provide them with the advice, experience and facilites of a specialist in-house digital team, but without the associated cost.

A: Each project is assigned a project manager, who has regular contact with the client. We try to enocurage stake holder and steering meetings to ensure briefs are clear and fully realised. We set milestone targets and always ensure there are end-of-project review meetings.

A: We manage expectations, never promise what we can't deliver, and try to treat all clients the same.

A: The company should show that they understand your brieft throughly and try to align with an agency that has a similar ethos to the client. Make sure you get on well with the primary contact and always meeting your project manager before hand.
