A: To provide a professional service at low cost that will maintain a happy customer base and further increase customers.

A: Work from home so rather comfy.

A: I work very well with myself and my PC : )

Q: What makes you different from other web design companies?
A: As a small business myself I understand what is important to other business users and also the needs of personal customers. Providing a friendly service where the customer is always informed.

Q: How do you get the majority of your business?
A: Advertising and word of mouth.

Q: Describe how you manage projects from the initial client contact to completion and handover.
A: Full discussion, receive deposit, design and build website, final payment then handover.

Q: What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?
A: Always be there to answer any questions the customer may have. Keep them fully informed of the progress and be able to accommodate any changes or suggestions they may have.

Q: How do you manage demanding clients?
A: Listen to them fully try to accommodate their wishes whilst been realistic and truthful.

Q: If a client was trying to decide between a shortlist of web design companies, how would you recommend they go about selecting the right one for them?
A: The most obvious one is to look at previous work and reviews but dont forget they all started somewhere too even the biggest of web design companies. If you like the sound of a company are happy with what they are telling you and within your price range give them a chance.

Q: Where do you see your company in 10 years time?
A: Be fully established within web design with an attractive portfolio along with all other services offered by JJO. Hopefully be in a position to take on staff too.

Q: Where do you see the web design industry in the future?
A: While ever there are people wanting to have something seen, personal or commercial there will be the need for attractive websites so I believe it will be just as strong of not stronger.

Q: What computers do you have use in your offices, PCs or Macs?
A: PC

Q: How was your company name chosen?
A: The first 3 letters JJO represent the first initial of myself and my 2 children. The remainder was chosen to represent a whole range of computer services and not just a specific one.

Q: If you were to give your clients one tip on how to get the most from their website what would it be?
A: Make your home page attractive and easy to navigate so the user will want to stay and see what else your site has to offer.
