Our focus is specifically on report writing, specifically pension switching. Why? Because pension switching/transfers is such a complex area that we feel it makes sense to focus on what we do best: producing advisers reports to a high standard. The whole process from start to finish was easy and well communicated.
We gave an outline of what we are and what we do and Dan took all of this into consideration and put forward some great ideas.
I would recommend Dan at Paperback very highly, very reasonable price, easy communication and excellent customer service.
We had a slight issue with hosting on our own server but Dan went the extra mile and was able to have access to our server and corrected the problem for us, many thanks.

A: Being honest and friendly, we listen to our customers and offer the service that they require.
Q: How do you manage demanding clients?
A: We are honest from the outside about pricing, timescales and what input we require from a customer. Every customer is just as important as the next no matter how much the project is worth, we find that as long as we are honest from the start and give realistic expectations we can manage all of our projects.
Q: If a client was trying to decide between a shortlist of web design companies, how would you recommend they go about selecting the right one for them?
A: Read online reviews, view a portfolio of projects and make sure that you speak directly to somebody and don't be afraid to ask any questions that come to mind.
Q: Where do you see your company in 10 years time?
A: We want to build up our client portfolio and become known as an affordable but professional design company. We hope to branch out into other areas of design and not just website design in the near future.
Q: Where do you see the web design industry in the future?
A: The industry changes everyday and with some great new features of HTML 5 this is one of the best times for the web, it will continue to grow and become more important for everyday life.
Q: What computers do you have use in your offices, PCs or Macs?
A: Mac
Q: How was your company name chosen?
A: Being a Beatles fan I chose the Paperback from Paperback Writer, although I have a confession that this is one of my least favourite Beatles songs but the name just worked.
Q: If you were to give your clients one tip on how to get the most from their website what would it be?
A: Creating a great website not only involves great design or great ideas but we need great input from our customers. The best website projects are those where we get great feedback (good and bad), building a website needs both the design company and the client.
