Q: What's your business philosophy?
A: We are very much focussed on providing a comprehensive quality service to client's. This is even to the extent that if we feel the client's requirements do not match our offerring then we prefer to offer them advice for alternative soultion providers. However, for mst small / medium sized business we find that we can meet the majority, if not all of their service requirements.

A: Informal but hard working

A: At present Onestop Webshop is a one-man operation. We hope to expand over the next couple of years and findin the right people to integrate as a team is the single most crucial factor to that.

Q: What makes you different from other web design companies?
A: Our adaptability and flexibility to handle projects from small website to complex eCommerce systems and look after the SEO aspects at an affordable price.

Q: How do you get the majority of your business?
A: Mainly through actively canvassing for work through various communities. Host web shops like Shopify and BigCommerce are great for interacting with potential customers.

Q: Describe how you manage projects from the initial client contact to completion and handover.
A: Every client is different. Our strengh is in being adaptable to work at the same pace as the client.

Q: What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?
A: Simple: Trust, responsiveness, the ability to listen and willingness to go the extra mile to ensure your client's store is a success.

Q: How do you manage demanding clients?
A: Every client has different will make different demands on you as a web designer. Having over 25 years business experience enables us to recongnise that some clients can have very specific requirements that they expect you to follow through on while others want you to provide guidance and manage the web design and development process.

Q: If a client was trying to decide between a shortlist of web design companies, how would you recommend they go about selecting the right one for them?
A: You need a good understanding of your own requirements first. From there we would recommend arranging a number of discussions, either face-to-face or by phone/skype. It's important that you can work together so that comes down to individual personality. You don't need a personal relationship but you do need to have confidence that the other party is trustworth and competent.

Q: Where do you see your company in 10 years time?
A: In the web design industry, size is important as it opens the door to a wider range of clients. Our aim is to grow but not to the extent where creativity starts to be hampered by bureacracy and administration.

Q: Where do you see the web design industry in the future?
A: The industry is changing constantly with mobile apps. and smartphone technology. The challenge is in ensuring that any software or app. can evolve to meet the changing underlying hardware and 'in favour' programming languages.

Q: How was your company name chosen?
A: We wanted a memorable name that clients could connect to the services we offer. Onestop Webshop does that. We've found it to be a great company name. It's easy to remember and also instantly let's people know that we provide a complete digital solution for those wanting web design or eCommerce services. We cover all aspects of web development from bespoke design services to web shop design to online marketing and pay-per-click management, making us truly a one-stop web shop.

Q: If you were to give your clients one tip on how to get the most from their website what would it be?
A: In today's climate, you really have to cover all the bases in order to win customer trust. That means ensuring your website is functional and looks professional but also means you have to really push your marketing, both online and offline to get noticed.
