We used Nick at Now Design to update our website and provide a complete overhaul to how the site looks and also how our visitors use the website. Our previous website was outdated, not user friendly and lacked the professionalism we required.

We had a meeting with Nick to outline our requirements in order for him to understand what we wanted from the new website. Nick demonstrated his understanding by coming up with some initial page designs that were very close to my ideals. With lots of daily communication, he came up with the finalised pages and we are extremely happy with our new site.

Nick has been a great help throughout the process, understood our brief and requirements, has always been patient in providing ongoing support and I would happily recommend his services.

Response times for requests are always very quick and they often put forward suggestions for improvements as the technology has evolved over the years. Like most people running a business we also like that they keep things simple and to the point.

We've worked with NOW Design on several projects, Waste Collection In London being the latest site we have added. We put forward the idea and it was translated expertly into what we wanted. Tweaks and refinements were no problem and our every whim was accommodated.

We try to work in a simplistic fashion and enjoy the relaxed, professional relationship which we have with NOW Design. They have a great understanding of our business and are easy to work with. They offer exceptional value for money and have a creative flair for design.

If you are looking for a great customer experience with a trust worthy, friendly company I would recommend NOW Design.
