A: Overlooking the Scotish Islands and the Sea. Couldn't be calmer and more picturesque.

A: A Husband and Wife team. I'm the Technician and my wife is the Administrator. She translates my geekery to the client so the client gets exactly what they need to know without all the "Technical Talk"

A: We tell it how it is and we actually have real background knowledge to the technologies and systems we are using.

Q: How do you get the majority of your business?
A: Word of mouth. We are quite popular on the Orkney Islands.

A: With high levels of communication and understanding.

A: Communication, communication and communication.

Q: How do you manage demanding clients?
A: Easily, When clients are demanding it means they are giving us accurate and exact specifications. This makes our job much easier.

A: Make sure that they know what they want out of a website first, then select the company that provides that service most specifically. Don't come to us if you want your website to be a stock generalised site. Come to us if you want tailored services and support.

A: Exactly where it is now. We are doing well and we have an amazing office location.
