Q: Describe your company in 5 words.
A: PHP and Database software specialists

Q: What's your business philosophy?
A: To create systems that exceed the clients expectations and to design them to be scalable from the outset so they can grow with the clients business. We actively consider and run several joint venture development projects where we take equity in the business that is having the software developed.

Q: Describe your office environment.
A: We get a great view out to sea over Bournemouth from our 8th floor perch.

Q: Describe how your team interact and work together.
A: We make sure that as well a project work the team schedules time for active research and development so we can deliver the latest technology to client as part of our skill set as we've already learnt it.

Q: What makes you different from other web design companies?
A: Taking on projects on a part funded / part equity basis which lowers the development cost for the business investor. We are also very clear with skills we don't offer development for e.g. flash and we point them to a company that can provide the help needed, instead of trying to present an outsourced solution as an internal solution.

Q: How do you get the majority of your business?
A: Recommendation referral, once we've demo'd our systems to visitors they get a much better idea of our achievements.

Q: Describe how you manage projects from the initial client contact to completion and handover.
A: We listen, then expand the ideas to strech to the max goals, design document requirements, develop and invoice once completed.

Q: What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?
A: Translating what the client wants into what the client needs to meet the objectives for their business.

Q: How do you manage demanding clients?
A: Demanding is a relative judgement, so as long as the client is realistic about

Q: If a client was trying to decide between a shortlist of web design companies, how would you recommend they go about selecting the right one for them?
A: Have a meeting with them to see what they are currently working and find out if they questions you ask about those projects and your own are answered in a way that makes you feel comfortable.

Q: Where do you see your company in 10 years time?
A: Expanded number of staff with a solid focus on developing long term business solutions.

Q: Where do you see the web design industry in the future?
A: Distributed web services that link up to manage lots of areas together for aim of doing more with less input and better.

Q: What computers do you have use in your offices, PCs or Macs?
A: PC

Q: How was your company name chosen?
A: Chittak is the Uzbek name for a small bird that is keen on problem solving and software involves a lot of problem solving and my wife is originally from Uzbekistan which is where I heard the story about the little Chittak.

Q: If you were to give your clients one tip on how to get the most from their website what would it be?
A: Think about the website as a company asset and work out like with other areas what a suitable investment is so that the desired business return can be made in the relative marketplace.
