Q: What's your business philosophy?
A: Allure Web Solution’s Business Strategy is to provide small to medium businesses / enterprises with the technical and business services focusing primarily on the Web, Marketing, hardware and printing services for them to be able to run their business successfully and efficiently.

Q: Describe your office environment.
A: Currently being a recently started company, I work from home

Q: Describe how your team interact and work together.
A: I have worked within teams for over 17 years prior to setting up Allure Web Solutions Ltd as well as working on my own. So for me this is very comfortable working on my own. I do bounce ideas of friends to gain a better insight on the projects

Q: What makes you different from other web design companies?
A: The deferential between us and our competitors is that you will be dealing with one person, where as within the other companies you will deal with a team potentially never speaking to the same person whereas here at Allure Web Solutions, the person dealing with you and your business will be familiar with your company’s set up, therefore dealing with any changes / amendments will be made easier.

Q: How do you get the majority of your business?
A: Majority of Allure Web Solutions business is received through word of mouth as well as recommendations

Q: Describe how you manage projects from the initial client contact to completion and handover.
A: Client meeting, obtaining requirements, documenting before website design, obtaining approval and then pushing it live. Larger projects are phased.

Q: What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?
A: Providing good customer service in all areas

Q: How do you manage demanding clients?
A: Expectations will be set from the outset. I prefer to inform my clients the website will take longer to complete, just in case something happens to delay the delivery of the project. It may not be related to delivery of the project, if the requirements are within the scope of the project then the work will be completed. If their requirements are out of scope then a change request will be required for the additional work.

Q: If a client was trying to decide between a shortlist of web design companies, how would you recommend they go about selecting the right one for them?
A: I would suggest listing all the all the shortlisted web design companies. against the services each provide and their cost. This will set a baseline for service and cost. Look at the work the companies have done and spend some time to speak to them and see which of those you feel comfortable with. Also look at their reviews. Do not provide majority of payment prior to website completion. Hopefully this will make you comfortable

Q: Where do you see your company in 10 years time?
A: In 10 years, I foresee Allure Web Solutions Ltd having its own office with a dedicated large team working on client projects both large and small. Existing clients coming back for further updates / changes of SEO / Website Marketing, Also as Web2.0/ Web3.0 develops further those services will be added to the services Allure Web Solutions provides.

A: As more and more companies move on line, as well as mobile internet increases,

A: Both PC and Mac

Q: How was your company name chosen?
A: the Company name was chosen in stages, Web solutions as this is the sector we work within And Allure as this was part of the name of the company i had previously. It served me well from the aspect when lists are displayed alphabetically Allure Web Solutions displays closer to the top.

Q: If you were to give your clients one tip on how to get the most from their website what would it be?
A: website marketing is key to be able to get more clients online whether this is in terms of SEO / Backlinks or Social media marketing - these are the things which i would say is imperative in gaining new clients or selling your products online
