Q : Where do you see your company in 10 years time?
A : We hope to have lots more clients, who have experienced (and are happy with) our services. We are a newly established company so we have a lot of work to do. It is our commitment to gain this trust and positive reputation through our excellent work.
Q : How was your company name chosen?
A : We came up with the name due to personal connections with Greece. One particular part was so peaceful, we looked up the Greek translation for "peaceful", and "Irinika" was the result.

Irinika Media were so helpful when we needed our charity website updating. We had been lucky enough to have the website designed for us free of charge by a company that my cousin works for but when it came to updating it we didn't want to be cheeky and ask them again. We put out a plea for help on Twitter and Irinika Media came to our rescue. Tom added a shop to our website which in turn increased our income for the charity. Nothing was too much trouble and everything was done speedily. The shop is simple to use, looks good and works perfectly. We can't thank Tom enough for his hard work and he did not charge us a penny for doing this he donated his time to our charity. - THANK YOU IRINIKA MEDIA

A: We believe in ensuring that everyone has a presence on the world wide web, and we do this by ensuring it is as affordable as possible to the customer!
Q: Describe your office environment.
A: We are very mobile so as such, don't work in a central office. All our work is carried out through "the cloud" and accessible anywhere (securely, of course!).

A: We are minimal at the moment because Irinika Media has only recently been setup, but aim that over time we can employ further people.
Q: What makes you different from other web design companies?
A: We do not use any expensive software to design our websites. We use simple (and free) pieces of software, although when you see our websites, you would not think so.
Q: How do you get the majority of your business?
A: We get ours from word of mouth. We have tried various avenues before now, and you cannot beat the original methods. Websites like this will certainly help too!
Q: Describe how you manage projects from the initial client contact to completion and handover.
A: Our customers are involved from start to finish, ensuring the customer is happy 100% of the way
Q: What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?
A: Listening. If you don't listen to your customer, then your working relationship will not work. You need to ensure you are committed 100% of the time, which is what we do.
Q: How do you manage demanding clients?
A: We always talk things through with our clients as fully as possible. The form that a new client completes gives us a big picture, but obviously there are some things that crop up which you need to cover quickly. We always do this in a professional manner.
Q: If a client was trying to decide between a shortlist of web design companies, how would you recommend they go about selecting the right one for them?
A: We will always go out of our way to ensure that our customers are happy with our work. We also offer payment plans so that there is no "big bill" at the end of the designing service. Our prices will always be affordable, and worked around your budgets.

A: We hope to have lots more clients, who have experienced (and are happy with) our services. We are a newly established company so we have a lot of work to do. It is our commitment to gain this trust and positive reputation through our excellent work.

A: The web design industry is changing so rapidly. Seeing as we already have Web 2.0 in existence, we are sure it would be long before we see Web 3.0, 4.0 etc.

A: Always use relevant content. There are many websites out there which can boast about various things, but actually avoid the key point about who they actually are and what they stand for. Keep this in mind all the time.
