A: My name's Paul and I'm the founder of Antropy.

Q: What's your business philosophy?
A: We always aim to work quickly to provide a solution that gives the client a return on their investment. We view a client's project as their investment that we help to make a success.

Q: Describe your office environment.
A: We work from various office locations around Surrey.

Q: Describe how your team interact and work together.
A: Our project manager, Cristina works closely with myself and the other developers to deliver business solutions.

Q: What makes you different from other web design companies?
A: We specialise in ecommerce solutions and Antropy was founded by an experienced software developer.

Q: How do you get the majority of your business?
A: Through our website.

Q: Describe how you manage projects from the initial client contact to completion and handover.
A: 1. Initially we'll ask for ask much information as possible about the requirements via email. 2. We'll then ask additional questions if necessary. 3. Next we'll estimate. 4. If the client goes ahead, we'll ask for a 50% deposit and begin development. 5. On completion we'll ask for the balance and put the website live.

Q: What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?
A: Understanding exactly what the client needs and why they need it is key.

Q: How do you manage demanding clients?
A: We try hard to meet customer demands.

Q: If a client was trying to decide between a shortlist of web design companies, how would you recommend they go about selecting the right one for them?
A: Having a look at the company's portfolio is always important and making sure that they've completed similar projects is key. Talking with the team who will be managing the project is also important to ensure you can work together.

Q: Where do you see your company in 10 years time?
A: In 10 years I'd like to see Antropy as a national leader in ecommerce solutions.

Q: Where do you see the web design industry in the future?
A: I would imagine clients becoming more and more savvy as more people take to the web and also the web technology itself changing and evolving at a faster and faster pace.

Q: What computers do you have use in your offices, PCs or Macs?
A: PC

Q: How was your company name chosen?
A: Entropy means disorder and chaos. Antropy is a made up word intended to mean the opposite.

Q: If you were to give your clients one tip on how to get the most from their website what would it be?
A: These days a website has to do more than deliver information, it has to collect leads, get the phone to ring or sell products. You need to be able to track whether or not your website is working for you.
