Q: What's your business philosophy?
A: My goal is to ensure that businesses are promoted to the highest quality by using the latest web techniques and always maintaining the highest of standards. I don�t just give my clients websites, I give them a future proof solution. I also give them ideas, inspiration and the motivation they need to go all the way with their business.

Q: Describe your office environment.
A: A thriving and inspired community of designers, consultants and experienced developers.

Q: Describe how your team interact and work together.
A: I push myself as an individual and work with other web contractors to produce prestige, functional websites, tailored to the clients specific requirements. If a client requires something bespoke that I am not aware of I will research and then implement the correct solution for maximum benefit.

Q: What makes you different from other web design companies?
A: With a background in design ass well as in optimisation I can provide a substantial range of packages that are suitable for all sizes and budgets to help you promote your business with a high quality website that gets found!. I am always reachable via phone and am happy to provide a solution to any query, ensuring that you as a customer are left more than happy with the finished product.

Q: How do you get the majority of your business?
A: I am proud to say that 90% of my work is through referral. I have never had to pick up a phone to bring business in. My website design speaks for itself and that is the best form of marketing!

Q: Describe how you manage projects from the initial client contact to completion and handover.
A: Each web design project is individually managed for which a website design package is written. Once the client has approved the design ideas and wire frames I will then begin to code the website. Coding is carried out to all major web standards and tested across all of the main web browsers. Once the website has been fully tested and all updates have been made after a client review I will then put the website live.

Q: What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?
A: Delivering a genuine supportive service at affordable costs. By being consistent and not talking too 'techy' when discussing the projects. Attending to issues quickly and implementing the best solution for the client.

Q: How do you manage demanding clients?
A: I manage these in much the same way as anyone else - they just require a bit more time.

Q: If a client was trying to decide between a shortlist of web design companies, how would you recommend they go about selecting the right one for them?
A: The design company should know their client's industry to ensure that the site looks suitable and is compliant with current regulations. They must look at other sites the design company has created for their kind of business. They should telephone or email a few clients of the design company to hear what they think and get honest reviews.

Q: Where do you see your company in 10 years time?
A: Ten years in this business is a very long time but I envisage it will be looking after the same target audience delivering features and functions that are a little ahead of their time for the audience. I imagine I will still be heavily involved in website optimisation and SEO.

Q: Where do you see the web design industry in the future?
A: I see the web design industry becoming far more integrated with other digital media. Becoming more and more complex and expensive to compete with competitors for clients.

Q: What computers do you have use in your offices, PCs or Macs?
A: Both PC and Mac

Q: How was your company name chosen?
A: I started the website as a showcase for my web design portfolio from working with website design agencies. My full name domain has just stuck and developed into a brand.

Q: If you were to give your clients one tip on how to get the most from their website what would it be?
A: To start small and gradually and regularly develop it rather than start big and then do nothing for a year or more. Build traffic to the website naturally and develop on requirements from reviewing analytics frequently.
