A: To take care of everything required to take your business online, make it a success and keep it a success.

A: We work from a home based office right in the center of Bournemouth.

A: We use an agile approach to deliver chunks of web design on a weekly basis and continually improving how we work. We also use a number of online collaboration tools to task and track our development.

Q: What makes you different from other web design companies?
A: We offer pay as you go websites with nothing to pay upfront. So for a little as £29.00 a month you can have a professional website working for your business!

Q: How do you get the majority of your business?
A: The majority of our business is through referrals but we are also gaining an ever increasing amount of work from direct sales calls.

Q: Describe how you manage projects from the initial client contact to completion and handover.
A: As we work on a weekly cycle we make sure the client is informed either by phone/email of the progress being made each week. This way both parties can raise any issues/concerns early and also look to improve the relationship.

Q: What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?
A: Good communication!

A: Pick the one who actually takes the time to find out what you want from your website and provides you with success criteria to demonstrate how this can be acheived.

A: Would like to see WebPurity as one of the major web design agency on the South Coast.

Q: Where do you see the web design industry in the future?
A: Even increasing rich content being designed for desktop and mobile devices. The traditional brochure website will become a thing of the past.

A: The company name comes from the desire to Purify the Web.

A: Call to action. Each page must have a clearly defined goal!!
