A: To help businesses grow there online presence through cost effective marketing

Q: Describe your office environment.
A: We have one main office and then 3 people who work from a home office. This keeps our overheads low and means we can offer highly competitive prices.

Q: Describe how your team interact and work together.
A: Our 3 teams (Marketing, Development, and Design) all work very closely. We have worked together for years, so we know each others strengths which means we all get the best out of each other.

Q: What makes you different from other web design companies?
A: We pride ourselves on giving the best advice to the customer, not just what fills our pockets, if we dont think you need one of our products or don't need to spend all your budget, then we will advise you so.

Q: How do you get the majority of your business?
A: 80% of our work comes from referral. We find this is the best way. It means a prospective client comes to us knowing what we do and how we can help. And thanks to our existing loyal customers they have explained what makes us a great business to deal with.

Q: Describe how you manage projects from the initial client contact to completion and handover.
A: We have a face to face meeting, this way we can get an idea of the clients business, how they like to work, and what there expectations are. It also helps to build long lasting relationships. We talk to the client about what they want, and help them to understand what options they have available that fits with there budget. We try to help them through the world of Jargon, and acronyms, that they have probably heard before. We discuss there competition, and there target market, this helps us to build sites that exceed client expectation, and beat the competition. Once we have gathered all the info from the meeting, we take it back to the office, where we work on designs, look into development requirements / solution's and try to find the best product that fits our client. Once we have done all the initial design and investigation, we go back to the client with our proposal. This way they can clearly see what they are paying for, what it will look like, and when we can have it completed by. Once the client is HAPPY we then begin the build process, the development team map out the site in the relevant languages, the design team make the graphics and logos etc, and the marketing team work on the search engine plan, keywords, and content. The client is given a Unique web address, so that they can watch the site being built, and at ANY time come back to us with feedback, new ideas, or amendments. Once we have completed our work it goes over to the client form the play around, use the site, and get feedback from colleagues, friends, family etc. Only when the clients is 100% happy to we produce the bill and sign the project off.

Q: What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?
A: Listening to the client, treating them as an individual, and helping them to understand the industry terms such as SEO - Search engine optimization, and PPC - pay per click.

Q: How do you manage demanding clients?
A: We like clients who are demanding, it shows passion in there project / product / business, and lets us know at all times what is expected from us. When the client wants more than is possible on there budget, we always manage the clients expectation from day one. Letting them know what is possible.

Q: If a client was trying to decide between a shortlist of web design companies, how would you recommend they go about selecting the right one for them?
A: They need to choose someone who: Has good recommendations. Ideally is locally, as this way they get to meet them face to face, this is imperative to build a good relationship with there designer which is key to getting what they want. Dont just go on price alone, as with all things you get what you pay for. Always ask if they own the site code, and domain name. What the annual hosting costs are. Is it mobile friendly?

A: Our industry changes rapidly so staying on top of the market and the great solutions that become available to market our clients business. Continuing to grow its customer base, and offering great web solutions that exceed our clients expectations.

A: Wow, how long have you got? this industry changes so quickly...

Q: What computers do you have use in your offices, PCs or Macs?
A: Both PC and Mac

Q: How was your company name chosen?
A: We wanted a natural name that represented our rural Yorkshire location. and we wanted customers to turn over a new leaf!

Q: If you were to give your clients one tip on how to get the most from their website what would it be?
A: Content Content Content If you dont have good content, then regardless of how great your website looks, no visitors will want to return or stay for very long. Take a look at our client UK Subs, it uses a standard Joomla Template we just host develop and support, but the site gets huge visitor numbers as it has compelling interesting content that users keep coming back for. A CMS - Content Management System is what most clients ask us for, managing there own pages empowers them to grow there website.
