Q: What's your business philosophy?
A: We are committed to designing and delivering innovative IT solutions that provide customers with the information and intelligence they need to manage and grow their business. We are passionate about providing the highest quality service, industry expertise and local support to organisations in the UK.

Q: Describe your office environment.
A: Our offices are based in the rural countryside of North Lincolnshire, near the history market town of Brigg. We have a relaxed office environment with a mix of technical staff.

Q: Describe how your team interact and work together.
A: Our team works on a range of software development projects, from large Enterprise Resource Planning to small brochure websites. This requires a flexible attitude to work, as we need to swap between different products & environments quickly, to support our clients. We regularly have technical meetings to discuss new technologies or approaches and support each other in delivering a solution.

Q: What makes you different from other web design companies?
A: We are a software development house with over 25 years of commercial experience in delivering commercial bespoke applications to a range of clients. We have a range of IT skills to provide a solution which a website is only the public face of a much larger solution; with many of our websites linking to backend applications like Sage and MS Dynamics Nav. With our in-house Server Support Team, we have all the skills needed to develop and host websites and cloud based applications. We also have a range of in-house qualified specialists in: - Sage Developers, - Microsoft Dynamics Nav - Microsoft SharePoint - Microsoft SQL - Accountancy

Q: How do you get the majority of your business?
A: Most of our business is generated through repeat custom and word of mouth.

Q: Describe how you manage projects from the initial client contact to completion and handover.
A: We handle each project differently as each of our clients is different, for larger projects have a more formal process.

Q: What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?
A: Forming a personal relation with the client, getting to know the client and the business.

Q: How do you manage demanding clients?
A: Each of our clients are different, with different needs and wants. Some of our clients like to have detailed specifications before work begins, while others prefer a more agile and lightweight approach to project management. Many of our clients have been with us for more than ten year and are happy for us to make changes on there behalf. Our goals when working with new clients is to form long term relationships rather than short term partnerships.

Q: If a client was trying to decide between a shortlist of web design companies, how would you recommend they go about selecting the right one for them?
A: A successful website takes more than a couple of pretty pictures and a collection of random words. Choosing a website design company that are interest in help you and understanding your business can make a big difference to the long term success of a website. It�s important that you can work with our choose website design company and can understand each other. Try and talk with the designers and developers who will be working on your behalf, if possible meet with them, this will make things easier in the long run.

Q: Where do you see your company in 10 years time?
A: Over the next couple of years we expect to increase our development of integrated solutions, producing business-to-business and business-to-customer websites as part of a bigger picture. Another area of growth will be cloud based solutions, providing functionality to our clients when they needed it, without them investing in data centres.

Q: Where do you see the web design industry in the future?
A: Web applications are become more important and will continue to play an import role in our lives. Mobile devices allow users to be more connected than ever before. Search engines are continually working to improve the quality of their results. This process of improvement will only increase; we have seen many websites which delivered poor user experience and added little value to the web, disappear out of the search engines results. The importance of delivering good user experience and high quality content is and will continue increase in importance, those websites which embarrass this will see long term benefits.

Q: If you were to give your clients one tip on how to get the most from their website what would it be?
A: Think about the website from the end-user or customer�s point of view: � Would I use the website? � Would I purchase from or enter confidential information on this website? � Can I find what I�m looking for easily? � How long does it take me to find what I�m looking for? � Is my website pleasant to look at and use. Or does it feel out of date and cumbersome? � Is the content enjoyable to read, would I tell or share with someone else about it? � Does my website frustrate me to use?
