A: We hold regular meetings and spend time together socially - we work hard to make sure we're all heading in the same direction and we're proud of how we care for each other

A: Our attitude - we are very good at listening and then bringing your dreams to reality and not compromising on quality.

A: Referral from existing clients. Online marketing in our own unique way

A: Constant contact - call us anytime if you need help, but we're also pro-active in making sure you're always getting the best out of your web site or online marketing
Q: What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?
A: Honesty - trust us, we work closely with our clients and because of the strong relationships we build you can rely on us not only to be honest about timescales and costs, but to understand what you need.
Q: How do you manage demanding clients?
A: We shoot them. Oh, seriously? We're pretty good at it - it's all about honesty and building relationships - we get that right so that we're able to have good relationships with even the most demanding of clients.
Q: If a client was trying to decide between a shortlist of web design companies, how would you recommend they go about selecting the right one for them?
A: Same again - most agencies will have the skillsets you're looking for, so go for the one you feel fits your way of working best.
Q: Where do you see your company in 10 years time?
A: We will be taking over how schools operate online. Done deal.
Q: Where do you see the web design industry in the future?
A: Clients are much more savvy these days and know that it is possible for even the smallest operator to earn a good living by trading online. We've got lots of experience at getting that right and generating profit making income - clients want more and more of that and I think that will keep growing as a client demand.

A: Both PC and Mac
Q: How was your company name chosen?
A: We offer the full range of services you'd expect from an agency but we are working very hard to make a big difference in the education sector and our baby is Schudio; a bespoke CMS offering instant web sites for schools.
