A: I sleek modern approach to the office enviroment, with as many gadgets as we could squeeze into it.

A: Our team consists of 6 people, we work together on everything, sharing ideas and overcoming obsticles. We use our strengths to our advantage and support eachothers weakness's

Q: What makes you different from other web design companies?
A: Our ethical approach to pricing, supporting small business's where ever possible. Ensuring that every business gets the best possible online presance.

Q: How do you get the majority of your business?
A: A lot of our business comes from word of mouth recommendations. As well as our in house marketing efforts.

Q: Describe how you manage projects from the initial client contact to completion and handover.
A: We use a CRM system which allows the client to interact with their project from start to finish.

Q: What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?
A: Getting to know our clients and developing a 'friendship' with them. This allows us to develop a better understanding of our clients needs.

Q: How do you manage demanding clients?
A: We use our strong knowlege of our field to help our clients understand the design and build process, this generally negates the demanding nature sometimes found with clients.

Q: If a client was trying to decide between a shortlist of web design companies, how would you recommend they go about selecting the right one for them?
A: Look at the design firms work, try to find somthing similar to what you are looking for. Maybe go and speak with a few and see weather you would be able to work with their team. Its all well and good likeing their work but if you don't like the team your going to be working with, its not going to be an easy project.

Q: Where do you see your company in 10 years time?
A: It would be unrealistic to say at this time. With just being a young company, we feel we need to walk before we run.

Q: Where do you see the web design industry in the future?
A: The future of web design lies in interactive technologies. Even more interactivity and even more user orented content.

Q: What computers do you have use in your offices, PCs or Macs?
A: Both PC and Mac

Q: How was your company name chosen?
A: We named our company after the founders of the firm.

Q: If you were to give your clients one tip on how to get the most from their website what would it be?
A: Think about what your users will expect and work towards that, rather than personal taste.
