Excellent service. The website looks brilliant. All our wishes were met and more. Had no idea how to go about setting up website and Rich was able to understand my vague requests and turn them into something. I was kept updated throughout the process and he was able to explain things in a simplified manner. Really happy with the final outcome and the ongoing service.

At all stages of the process Richard was in constant contact. He replied to every query the same day, explained everything in language that a complete novice (like myself) could understand, and dealt with every unseen complication (such as my constant requests to change colour schemes) with total professionalism and speed.

I am delighted with the outcome and Richard continues to work with us in developing the site and adding content. He took on board exactly what we wanted as an organisation and delivered exactly what we had hoped for.

The aim of our project was to redesign our outdated and ‘tired’ website to a new vibrant site that would showcase our contemporary products and the services we offer.
Ginger Web Design & Development (GWDD) was select by us to undertake the work based on their knowledge, understanding of the market and value for money.
After meeting with GWDD and discussing our ideas for the site, GWDD came back with various prototype designs which we looked at together.
Once the final design was agreed the site was built quickly and uploaded without fuss. They even incorporated changes to the featured products as we went along.
We feel that we have had exceptional service from GWDD, which was tailored to meet our needs as a busy company, from start to finish.

A: Providing a friendly, personal and professional wen design and development service to SMEs charities and not-for-profits. My websites are based on standards, use up-to-date technologies and provide return on investment. I love what I do and hope it shows to my clients!

A: Cosy home office with good supply of tea and biscuits.

A: I am flexible and adaptive. I always put the client first - it's a partnership.

A: Recommendations.

A: If possible initial face to face meeting. Email/telephone a lot! Follow-up meeting/training. Want to develop use of basecamp or similar for project management/communications.

A: Quick responses, honesty, transparency (Ok that's three elements)

Q: How do you manage demanding clients?
A: Have a good contract and refer to it. Find common ground. Negotiate. Be polite.

A: Track record, ability to work with the individuals then price :/

A: Both PC and Mac

A: Define clearly exactly what you want your site to achieve, how you will measure those achievements. Learn lessons and keep up to date.
