A really very good job and a great look and feel website which when combined in the CMS system for administration it has made our lives so much easier and allows us to change and adapt the site quickly and easily.

Red 2 Design helped Cuddles Boutique design and implement our new e-commerce site. Their initial brief was to design an image and look that was fitting with an upper market e-commerce site with a boutique feel. They quickly turned round various different designs together with different colour schemes. One the logo was agreed all other colours and page looks were adapted around it. All print and advertising material also matched the site. They provided advice with product images, assisted with resizing, cropping etc. The quick turn around and professionalism help turn what seemed like a stressful experience into an enjoyable expereince. I would recommend Red 2 Design for all web and print work.

A: We work in a period office space but with latest equipment and we listen to 5 live all day!

A: We discuss every project together. Many of our clients overlap from graphic design for printed material to web sites.

A: We're under one roof! We come with bags of expereince and we offer a friendly jargon free affordable service.

Q: How do you get the majority of your business?
A: Word of mouth.

Q: Describe how you manage projects from the initial client contact to completion and handover.
A: We visit our clients to get a feel for their business, start the design process with ideas to choose from. Then we start the build, popultate with content, train our client, test the site and when the client is happy publish live.

Q: What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?
A: Keep in regular contact.

A: We try to manage their expectations from the outset.

A: Do their homework and ask around!
