Tim Sharp is an outstanding jeweller based in Dunoon Argyll, Tim required a web presence to show his fantastic collection of work, from his own TJS Collection to more main stream wedding and engagement rings. Not only did Samteq understand our business model they also had first hand experience of similiar businesses.
Samteq then advised us on areas of our business we had not considered. This helped us go 'live' much earlier than expected without website add-ons which usually add to the initial cost.
Their service was first class from day one with a precise brief and no hidden charges.
Even though the company is relatively new the expertise has been gained through many years of business and I would not hesitate to recommend Samteq.

They are professional, friendly and terribly patient (I kept changing my mind about things). I've been impressed with their ideas for optimizing the site too; something my previous web designers failed to do. I particularly appreciate the fact that I don't have to wait long for them to respond to any queries or requests I may have. I was kept in the loop every step of the way and they made sure I understood the processes. In our search for a new web designer our priorities were to have an easy to update site with good contact with the web designer. A simple but functunal site for the Gallery which was affordable to both set up and run.
Samteq ticked all the boxes. I found them easy to talk to, they were keen to listen to what my own ideas for the site were. We met a couple of times to set down our requirements and within a couple of weeks we had a brand new site easy to update. They are a professional team and they are always at the end of the phone for any problem tweaking, & new features are restored almost immediately. Looking to the future there is scope to develop the site further should we wish to.
