I am a ‘Very happy Kim’ thanks to Tristan and his web design. Tristan was highly recommended to me at a time when I was feeling despondent regarding my poor performing site which had been built by another company. I felt I had wasted a lot of time and money and didn’t want to be let down again. However, I need not have worried, as once I met Tristan in person I knew I could trust him to build me a website that would help me to further develop my business. We had good communication and I was part of the process through-out the development. Tristan kept me informed every step of the way via email, always asking my opinion before moving on to the next stage. My new site went live earlier this week and I couldn’t be happier with the result. It is slick, professional and just what my business needs. I would have absolutely no hesitation what so ever in recommending this company to any one who is looking for a quality website.

From the first meeting with Tristan we felt confident that we had put our project in good hands.

Tristan's knowledge of WordPress and the different options we had were excellent, and information feedback and help was quick and exactly what we wanted.

We had a particular problem with working out our postage for some products and Tristan sorted it out very quickly with great results.

We had issues with an external plugin and again he went straight to the developer and that was sorted.
One other thing that worked for us was the pushing to get on with page content (we were being slow) and pointers for the content making sure there was enough and making sure it was good for search engines.

Over all we are very happy with our new web site Thank you.

Tristan was recommended to me and, after looking at other websites he had created and talking with him at length, I was more than happy to have a new website created by him.

Throughout the process I have felt the communication was thorough. Tristan responded to all of my queries and requests promptly, and in a jargon free way that I could fully understand.

I always felt that I knew what was going on and that I was a part of the whole process. Tristan was happy to spend time on the telephone or to send emails explaining things and being sure that what he was creating was exactly what I wanted. He listened and gave me ideas on how my ideas could be built on to create a fantastic website far beyond my expectations.

I am absolutely over the moon. I have a fantastic and professional looking website at long last; one that I feel portrays the image I want from my business.

I would definitely recommend Tristan to a anyone wanting a website.

I am very pleased with my new website. It looks far more professional than my previous website. Tristan made the process very easy and was available to answer any queries I had in a non jargon way. Communication was good, mostly via email which meant I could still get on with my work and answer the questions when I could. Tristan also helped me to reclaim my domain name which was vital for my business going forwards. I am sure that with Tristan's help my website will perform well and climb the rankings to help me to expand my business.

Christie (my business partner) and I were introduced to Tristan early in 2017 after we had a website developed by another company. There were aspects of it we were not happy with so we took the decision to commission Tristan to build us a new site. I have to say this was one of the best decisions we have made. Tristan has involved us at every stage of the development and the monthly reports we receive are very informative. Our previous designer might (just) have made League One but Tristan is most definitely in the Premiership! We are so pleased with the final outcome.

Once again Tristan has excelled at producing me the most awesome website. Tristan has worked tirelessly to bring about my new business venture: ADIT the Association of Driving Instructor Trainers to life.

Working with Tristan is so easy and he always goes the extra mile. Everything is done to a very high standard and he keeps you in the loop for the whole process. Working together is what puts the build of the website on a different level to most other web design companies. I am consulted every step of the way and there is no such word as 'no', Tristan always finds a way to make what you want happen.

I first heard about Tristan through a friend as he was working on a new website for her. Helen was singing his praises very highly, which let's be honest, we don't hear too often in this day and age.

I already had a website for my business, one of those off the shelf generic fill in and upload type websites with little functionality or character. The same as everyone else in the industry. My Google ranking was stuck at the bottom of page three.

I met Tristan for the first time and knew straight away that he would be building my new website for me. He was down to earth with no big over the top jargon. Tristan listened intently to what I had to say. I found his input creative and inspirational through the brainstorming process. A week later he had taken my simple set of thoughts and turned them into an authentic personal representation of my business.

Working with Tristan was so easy and flexible. Monday to Friday Nine to five is not in his dictionary. For example, Tristan was easily reachable outside of normal office hours, even over the festive period! My new site launched on the stroke of midnight on New Year's Eve 2017.

Within three days, we are seeing positive movement up the Google rankings and cannot believe the results. But what we wanted so much is the type of business the new website would attract. We have had three new clients, and they are all in a different league altogether than that we had become used to.

Tristan will be an invaluable part of the team as we press forward with new ideas and grow our company from strength to strength. I would recommend Tristan to everyone I know (except for the competition!).

From the moment i spoke to Tristan i knew that we were going to be able to work together no problem at all. He is very approachable and listens to exactly what you want and are looking for. He offers his advice and his expertise without belittling your requests.

I was completely part of the process every step of the way, every day we were in touch and Tristan answered every email i sent pretty much straight away and requests were done immediately. I can not find any fault at all with the way i was treated and how quickly and professionally the work was done.

Tristan completely got what i was looking for and made it happen. My site looks amazing, a life long dream made real thanks to him. I am also happy that Tristan will be managing my site, because i would only mess up all his hard work. I feel in very safe hands.

In addition he made a huge effort to understand my business, to offer additional ideas and to keep me regularly informed about where he was up to and when the project would be completed. I have nothing but praise for him and no-one should hesitate to contact him about their website - mine was 10 years out-of-date but he wasted no time in changing that!
