A: Hello my name is Addam Brailey and i'm the director of Up and Coming Designs

Q: What's your business philosophy?
A: If we are going to do a project we will do it well.

Q: Describe your office environment.
A: As my office is my house its relaxing, gives me focus and also I'm surrounded by things that inspire me.

Q: What makes you different from other web design companies?
A: Our turn arounds are very good and quick.

Q: How do you get the majority of your business?
A: A lot of our work comes through referrals and recommendations.

Q: What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?
A: I think trust and communication.

Q: How do you manage demanding clients?
A: Best thing to do with demanding clients are to list to what they are saying, feel back to them how you have taken it. Then set out a plan to reach the goal.

Q: Where do you see your company in 10 years time?
A: We will still be delivering great new websites and brilliant customer services.

Q: Where do you see the web design industry in the future?
A: This industry is going to be if not already is the key source of advertising and the best tool for reaching your target clients/customers.

Q: What computers do you have use in your offices, PCs or Macs?
A: PC

Q: How was your company name chosen?
A: There wasn't a lot to it really, one day I was thinking a good name for a graphic/web design company and thought Up and Coming Designs said it all. New designs and going forward with what website will will do in the future.

Q: If you were to give your clients one tip on how to get the most from their website what would it be?
A: Keep your website fresh, always update your website with new content.
