A: To exceed expectations, which are achieved through our enthusiasm and commitment throughout the completion of any project and beyond. Our industry is fast and constantly evolving. We are forward-thinking and provide creative, technology-driven products, always aiming to be one step ahead. We are pro-active in our approach and aim to keep clients informed of the latest innovations in internet-driven communications.

Q: Describe your office environment.
A: An idyllic converted farm house set in lovely countryside surroundings with ducks as next door neighbours.

Q: Describe how your team interact and work together.
A: We have an enthusiastic and responsive team that are flexible to make sure we meet all of our clients bespoke requirements.

Q: What makes you different from other web design companies?
A: We are unique because we assess our clients' performance, agree an improvement plan, and then deliver on time, on budget, every time. Online Marketing is powerful tool and when done correctly, can provide a massive ROI which we can prove through trackable, measurable results.

Q: How do you get the majority of your business?
A: Recommendations through existing clients. Educating clients on how important it is to have a great online presence, enabling them to reach their full potential online, in a clear and easy to understand approach.

Q: Describe how you manage projects from the initial client contact to completion and handover.
A: We ensure starting a business relationship with us is as straight forward and as easy as possible, We work with our clients to determine where they are, where they need to be and what they need to do to get there. We then take responsibility for making it happen. In every step of the process we proactively communicate with our clients making sure that their expectations are being met/exceeded.

Q: What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?
A: We recognise that assisting and helping our clients has been essential to our growth, and we are keen at all times to receive feedback from our clients so that we can continually improve our services. We are committed to deliver a consistently high level of customer service and we benchmark best practice and deliver proven results for our clients. We increase sales and improve business efficiencies, and are able to specifically target the right customers and more importantly get our clients in front of them at the right time when they are looking to purchase their products/services.

Q: How do you manage demanding clients?
A: We love demanding clients as it means they are really engaged in the project and are passionate about what we are doing. We set expectations from the offset this way our clients know exactly what to expect and when. We have found that using this proven approach builds great working relationships and is why we have a very high client retention rate and a lot of our business is generated by recommendations.

Q: If a client was trying to decide between a shortlist of web design companies, how would you recommend they go about selecting the right one for them?
A: I would recommend the process I personally go through when I looking for any potential new company to work with. I obtain references, look at testimonials and review their case studies. This is usually a good indicator on how companies perform. I then think about which company I would find it easiest to work with, who is going to add the most value to the service offered, and knowledge that I can pick up the phone and get some help from someone that is an expert in their field that can find the right solution to fit my business needs.

A: Phew’s vision is to be leaders in internet marketing. We will provide our clients with the best solutions, knowledge and support, delivering a positive return on investment delivered with integrity, innovation, teamwork and enthusiasm.

Q: Where do you see the web design industry in the future?
A: As the years go on we feel the web design industry will be more relevant than ever. And as technology develops web design won’t be far behind it. Web design will find more ways too wow us and make us say “that would have been handy” on projects that were finished years ago.

A: Phew, as in a sense of relief.
