Q: What's your business philosophy?
A: Affordable but not cheap ensuring customers get the quality service they deserve with excellent after care services. Our customers are for life and we therefore look after the old ones just as much as the new.

Q: Describe your office environment.
A: Fun place to work very much a vibrant busy atmosphere with a serious underlining of delivering to the customers there projects on time and within our very high standards.

Q: Describe how your team interact and work together.
A: Our team have regular meetings face to face and all projects are tracked using internal technologies ensuring good production and minimise any risks of mistakes.

Q: What makes you different from other web design companies?
A: We do what we say were going to do and you can contact us and rest assured it's done. We hate that people pay for a website and then cant get small changes done because the designers had ther money and no longer cares about the client

Q: How do you get the majority of your business?
A: word of mouth and from Google search engine.

Q: Describe how you manage projects from the initial client contact to completion and handover.
A: project will be discussed and we will give the client a full breakdown of the whole process from start to finish. We have our own online testing and development servers where clients can view live progress.

Q: What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?
A: Communication and delivering what you claim to be able to do and doing it on time.

Q: How do you manage demanding clients?
A: We have had in the past demanding clients which is fine and we manage these by dedicating them there very own webdesinger/programmer so they can get to someone fast.

Q: If a client was trying to decide between a shortlist of web design companies, how would you recommend they go about selecting the right one for them?
A: Look at there reviews, visit there website and read what they have written dont just look at the cosmetics and send the company an e-mail or phone them and ask all of the questions you need to before deciding.

A: Continuing to grow and develop into other areas of online business services

Q: Where do you see the web design industry in the future?
A: Web Design will be around for a very long time but in the future i can more and more website cowboys spoiling it for the real players out there.

A: After some very careful thinking the name was chosen to be memorable and to not offend anybody it's iconic.

A: Keep the content fresh and know what it is your wanting to achieve.
