Q: What's your business philosophy?
A: To provide a full and detailed service to our Clients, ensuring they stick with us and allow us to help them in all areas of their online business, after all, we can only succeed if our Clients are succesful. We provide in-depth and honest quotes, whether a simple website or a large project for a corporate web-based system.

Q: Describe your office environment.
A: Rurally delectable, cheerfully bright, tinged with geekyness, always fun, always inviting...

Q: Describe how your team interact and work together.
A: A combination of face-to-face meetings, emails, phone calls, skype calls and instant messenger with the occasional use of smoke signals and carrier pigeons if we fancy a change....

Q: What makes you different from other web design companies?
A: The bespoke and tailored manner we approach our web solutions - we code the majority of our websites from the ground-up, giving us full control. We avoid using templates and look at the wider aims of the website, ensuring that they will be profitable for the Client.

Q: How do you get the majority of your business?
A: By word-of-mouth, from existing client referrals and from networking local businesses in the Lincoln, Nottingham, Grantham and Newark areas.

Q: Describe how you manage projects from the initial client contact to completion and handover.
A: For larger project we use an Open Source Project Management Solution called Project Pier which allows us to set Task Lists and Milestones that actively structure the timescales of the project. We can allow Clients access to the system should they wish to get involved.

Q: What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?
A: Good communication is key. We are open and honest folk so we provide our clients with our mobile numbers and are contactable 24hrs (within reason of course!)

Q: How do you manage demanding clients?
A: We are very specific when we work on our own internal projects so recognise that it is one project for us but it is THE project for them so try and be as understanding as possible to their demands.

Q: If a client was trying to decide between a shortlist of web design companies, how would you recommend they go about selecting the right one for them?
A: Give them a call, have a chat and make sure you feel they are on the same wavelength. Effective communication is vital if an agency is to provide the best possible service to a Client.

Q: Where do you see your company in 10 years time?
A: Working with a handful of clients where we act as their trusted advisor in relation to their online businesses. Embracing emerging techniques and technology to keep them ahead of their competitors.

Q: Where do you see the web design industry in the future?
A: Based on current developments, I'd say we are going to need to look at 3D technology for the web soon and maybe thing about holographic displays with hugely interative interfaces (think

A: PC

Q: How was your company name chosen?
A: Simple - we inherited it! When we bought LandingNet Ltd from Totemic Ltd we didnt want to change our company identity, so simply rebranded the existing name.

Q: If you were to give your clients one tip on how to get the most from their website what would it be?
A: Ensure the website is updated regularly, either through adding new pages, publishing useful tips/articles or writing blog posts. This has huge impact for improved search engine rankings and engages more vistors.
