I was introduced by another satisfied client and found that GB listened, advised and made positive suggestions as to the layout and design and requirements for my site. They kept me informed all through the process and waited on my confirmation if changes were made. They communicated in a jargon free manner and the outcome is that I have almost more than I expected and I am delighted with the result.

I gave them information, as my business in not run of the mill and somewhat specialized,photographs and an outline and they did the rest including little things like heading items with galloping racehorses and jockeys.
They did a very good job and being a little overdue was not their fault, but that of another outside influence on my payroll.

We have an excellent relationship with our web designer, communication between us could not be better, no matter how big or small our problem there was always someone available to help.
When designing our site GB web solutions were on hand to help us get the most out of our site the advice we were given was second to none.

Before we used GB Web Solutions we had a small brochure site that received very few visitors. We approached a variety of web designers but were more than impressed with GB Web Solutions. They spent the time to listen to what we wanted and helped us analyse our online business plans and formulate a strategy. The bespoke design service that they offered and the ongoing development we have undertaken means that we now receive over 2,000 hits a month and now regulary appear on the first page of serach engines for our target markets.

When I set up my company I was a website virgin which was a bit of a problem as all my business comes through the website. I contacted various web designers most whom patronised me or confused me with Jargon. GBWebsolutions got straight back to me and called me. They asked me to describe my business, what I needed to do, what the users would need to do etc. They then told me they would get back to me with some designs and ideas. I then spent the next few weeks writing all the pages and GBWebs started to put the site together. They constantly gave me new ideas and no job was too little or too big. I was very pleased with the end results. I have since taken out a service contract with GBWebs and we have now had 3 different websites done for my new businesses. For me it was the personal service, never being pushy, value for money and the 'nothing is too big or too small' attitude and I have never once felt patronised. The service contract means that new ideas get uploaded quickly and they check the site is functioning and running well. Couldn't recommend them highly enough.
