Clyde Valley Housing Association had gone through a rebranding exercise and we needed this reflected in our website.

We chose Kiswebs for this process as they had introduced us to their new website product specifically for Housing Associations called PHARO, which met our requirements.

We worked with Kiswebs offering recommendations for PHARO so that the finished product matched exactly what we required in order to run our day to day website operations through our new online presence.

From the outset it was clear we had made the right decision regarding our website solution and providers.

Kiswebs presented us with multiple sketch design options from which we narrowed the design down until we were entirely happy with the finished concept. The brief was to compliment our existing branding and we are delighted the website has achieved this.

The whole process was simple and easy to follow. The product used for our Content Management (PHARO) ticked all the boxes for us and for our tenants.

We would have no hesitation recommending Kiswebs to others Housing Associations and in particular their product PHARO as we found the whole process very straightforward and the team at Kiswebs very helpful.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank the team at Kiswebs for introducing us to the website Housing Association product PHARO and developing our website so that we can now easily make changes as and when we wish.

From the first time we had a demonstration of PHARO we knew that it was a product that met our needs in the short and longer term.

Importantly for us it was evident that with a little training we would easily be able to take control of our website and make all future updates with ease.

Cordale Housing Association had a web presence prior to speaking with Kiswebs. Our main issue was how do we keep our website up to date and make changes as and when we wanted to. The way things were originally set up did not allow for this to happen in a timely manner.

On speaking with Kiswebs we realised that their Housing Association product was perfect for what we required. Not only could we very simply make changes to our website as and when we wanted to but also we could very simply add files such as Housing Application Forms. Annual Reports, Policy Documents, etc. We as a Housing Association have a responsibility to make sure that all relevant information is presented to residents as clearly and simply as possible and we believe that by using the Kiswebs Housing Association product we are able to do this much more effectively.

Our tenants can now easily come to one location for all their information, be it to simply pay their rent online or to find out more about what is going on in their local community.

Thank you for all your support and effort. We are delighted with the results and we have had much positive feedback already. We would most definitely recommend other housing associations speak with Kiswebs and see how much this product can be of benefit to not only them, but also their local community.

We already had a website for a few years and had received many enquiries as a result, but the problem was we couldn't make changes to the website ourselves and we had to continually go back to the web designers which over a period of time can become quite expensive. So on hearing about the Kiswebs product, KISS Builder, we thought that may be the ideal solution.

After an initial demonstration we were confident that we could use this tool to make simple changes to our website once we had created it. I attended a 1 day training course along with other businesses and by the end of the day I had created our business website www.egheating.com

Not only does it look great but I can also update it at any time no matter where we are aslong as we have an internet connection. This is proving really useful as we often have to make a variety of changes as our services change and our need for new staff occurs.

KISS Builder is a really useful, user friendly and simple to use product and we would happily recommend it to anyone who is interested in being in control of their website content.

I had been looking at getting a web presence for a while and came across many different options, from doing it myself to employing a web design consultancy such as Kiswebs to design and develop a bespoke website. On speaking to Kiswebs they mentioned one of their products - KISS Builder - and that ticked all the right boxes for me as far as the type of web presence I was after.

I attended their 1 day multi business training course at Scottish Enterprise offices in Glasgow and along with 9 other businesses I created and built and uploaded my new website.

I have subsequently rebranded and changed my services over time. The great thing for me was that it was easy to make the changes I needed and I now have a completely different looking website but am still using the KISS Builder tool.

I would definitely recommend KISS Builder to those out there that are not technically minded but want a professional looking website without the cost of paying for professionals to create it.

We would like to thank you and your team at Kiswebs for introducing KISS Builder to us and allowing us to build our own website. I found the 3 hours training both informative and useful and the fact that we had our professional looking website live on the Internet at the end of the training was fantastic.

Only 3 weeks after creating our website we have obtained new business as a direct result of people finding us on the Internet. Whilst it was our intention for the website to bring us new business we were slightly surprised by how quickly this happened and we have already more than covered the initial low cost.

We are particularly impressed by how the KISS Builder allowed us to create our own website, but perhaps more importantly we are delighted that we are in control of the website content and can make changes and updates to our website when and wherever we want to.

The common perception is that getting a website can be difficult and expensive, but the KISS Builder has shown this does not have to be the case and is within the reach of most businesses.

We would have no hesitation in recommending the KISS Builder to other businesses, and will certainly be doing so when the opportunity arises.

When we first came to Kiswebs several years ago to have our website designed, we were a fairly small company who needed an online shop to sell our products to a wider market. They designed and built our website and supported us through every step of the way. Email support was excellent. It left us feeling confident that our site would be up and running at the time we required it and every question we asked was answered in a timely manner.

Just recently we have came back to Kiswebs with a larger budget to get a full redesign of our site adding more features, more products and making the site more easy for our customers to navigate through. This site should be live within the next couple of months. The support has not diminished since our first site and we are confident that our site will be exactly what we were looking for.

Not only did Kiswebs provide us with our website, they also created our marketing material such as leaflets and business cards so they have provided us with everything we needed to help us build our client base.

In my professional role I am always advising other people to have a strong web presence with an innovative, effective and up-to-date website. And guess what? I didn't have one of my own!
