Q: What's your business philosophy?
A: Our job is to improve business performance and to help make companies make more money by utilising effective design and marketing solutions on the internet. Relationships are important to us and value is key to providing quality services.

Q: Describe your office environment.
A: Plain, practical office environment with team sharing space. A meeting room and interactive whiteboard for client meetings and training sessions.

Q: Describe how your team interact and work together.
A: After initial consultation we hold team meetings to decide best course of action and technologies to use. Assign repsonsibilities and share issues and quality aspirartions.

Q: What makes you different from other web design companies?
A: The director is a qualified business advisor and provides a business focused approach to all solutions we provide. You don't just buy design but a businenss strategy focused around business needs. Providing content services is one of our fortes.

Q: How do you get the majority of your business?
A: Through word of mouth, marketing, networking and buildign relationships with people.

Q: Describe how you manage projects from the initial client contact to completion and handover.
A: Create solution brief, provide contracts, design soluton, sign-off, create working solution, review, sign-off and handover.

Q: What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?
A: Understanding business objectives, repsecting skills and knowledge and getting to know each other as individuals as well as business owners.

Q: How do you manage demanding clients?
A: By ensuring that all communication is efficient and all services and decisions are documented so both parties are clear on what decisions have been made.

Q: If a client was trying to decide between a shortlist of web design companies, how would you recommend they go about selecting the right one for them?
A: By evaluating the the added value that is provided including advice and creative ideas. Also look at on-going fees and accessibility of the company.

Q: Where do you see your company in 10 years time?
A: Being a larger design agency and added more services to our inventory so as to provide all internet solutions and design services under one roof.

Q: Where do you see the web design industry in the future?
A: It depends on the type of website but I see more applications use to streamline businesses. Though user generated content is the real buzz I think businesses will still need good design and excellent content.

Q: What computers do you have use in your offices, PCs or Macs?
A: Both PC and Mac

Q: How was your company name chosen?
A: Before I owned this company I owned an IT company (thats my initial background) and for quick easy naming of a company I used my initials and have used this name ever since.

Q: If you were to give your clients one tip on how to get the most from their website what would it be?
A: Content is king. You can have the best looking, creative design in the world but without quality engaging content its useless. Focus on the end user needs.
