A: A clear structure and understanding of objectives.

A: By mutually setting our expectations/roles from the start of a project.

Q: If a client was trying to decide between a shortlist of web design companies, how would you recommend they go about selecting the right one for them?
A: All things being equal, go with their feeling. Business is as much about relationships as it is about competency.

A: Web design will have to evolve. Barriers to entry are far too low.

Q: How was your company name chosen?
A: We used to be Orbital Creative. Orbital Web Design didn't like that so we changed to CreativeWRX (WRX = works).

Q: If you were to give your clients one tip on how to get the most from their website what would it be?
A: Optimise, build links, promote mercilessly. Don't assume you will build a great site and they will flock to it because they won't.
