From the very start, Peppercorn took the time to really sit and discuss with me my ideas for my site, to understand the idea behind what I was trying to achieve. They recommended and highlighted details that would enhance the website and give it it's own individual and unique mark on the industry.
Throughout the process I was able to be in regular contact, with immediate response, and was constantly updated on time scale and ways in which it could be even most cost effective and user friendly.
Since the launch, I have been supported enormously with any tweaks or technical difficulties I have had immediately and with a smile! With Peppercorn's help, I can now run my website independently knowing they are there if I need them.

Overall I could not be happier with the outcome of our new holiday rental website. There were delays along the way, some of which couldn't be helped and some which could have been avoided, but the one thing which was consistent all the way through the project was the excellent communication with the team at Peppercorn. They kept me informed constantly when things were both both going well and when things were taking longer than expected. Wanting the website to look perfect, I did keep making changes to the original brief, but nothing was too much trouble and they would make all the little changes I asked for at no additional cost. They would also let me know if they didn't think things would work and would offer up suggestions without pushing you where you didn't want to go. I would happily recommend Peppercorn to anyone looking into designing a new website.

I would rate our web designers very highly, they gave very good advice, if we asked a question they came back quickly with a answer, if we felt there was a problem or issue, they would give a number of options/solutions that we could choose to fit in with our thoughts.
One big thing to Peppercorn credit, they presented a specification, time scale, and price they kept within the budget and put more into the website than we agreed on the quote, the time scale over ran a little but the was really our fault as we did change some specifications mid way through the building of the site
If your new to setting a website up, this is an easy company to deal with, the staff are helpful with good ideas, did not use lots of buzz words everything was in clear and reasonable to understand.
Speak to Marcus at Peppercorn, if you need a high quality web design and helpful guidance, who has help us get the whole thing off the ground, we have so far found our site stable, and easy to update.

My Project Manager at Peppercorn was a fabulous guy called Ameet Chohan.
My company is an e-commerce website only and it was important that the site design and functionality reflected my customer base. The brief to Ameet was a user friendly site with clean and clear spaces, no fuss or frilly unneccessary bits, with good imagery to allow customers to see up close what they were buying, almost as if they were in a bricks and mortar shop. I wanted customers to be able to quickly find what they were looking for or give them inspiration if unsure and to give them a good almost hands on feel of the products on site. I also wanted a safe and secure site giving customer confidence of the purchase they were making.
Ameet and the team delivered everything I asked for and perhaps even more than I wanted. He was always more than patient, explaining in jargon free simple terms how things worked as I am not the most technical person in the world.
I was always very clear how I wanted the site to look, but if he felt something wouldn't look or work right he would always give a valid reason why, he was a good sounding board. Nothing was too much trouble and I knew he was only at the end of a phone line if I needed to speak to him and if he was busy he would always ring me back no matter how late. Sure there are always bound to be hiccups along the way when things don't go exactly to plan, but I had complete confidence that Ameet would quickly sort it out and he did. Can't ask for more can you?
I can't praise Ameet and the team at Peppercorn highly enough and would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone looking for a website design company.
They listen, understand and deliver....

A: Look at the agency's portfolio, check how long they are in business and check they have a physical office location and are not working from home.

A: Having as much fun and enjoyment as we are currently!

A: It is evolving at a rapid rate, and this will depend on demand and technical requirements. I would like to think that we will be able to continue to evolve with it.
