A: We spend our time on various activities. 20% Brainstorming, 15% Researching, 10% Customer Support, 10% Marketing, 25% Designing, 20% Developing, 1% Drinking Coffee.

Q: What makes you different from other web design companies?
A: We offer affordable web development and charge by the hour, not by the page. This means we can deliver changes for you on a pay-as-you go basis.

Q: How do you get the majority of your business?
A: The majority of our business is generated by word of mouth at the moment. But we are hoping this site will help!

Q: What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?
A: Honesty, great customer support and delivering what is wanted on time.

Q: How do you manage demanding clients?
A: We havent really come accross demanding clients. We always say what can be delivered and what can not. That way, our clients know what they will get before they get it and makes for a good working relationship.

Q: If a client was trying to decide between a shortlist of web design companies, how would you recommend they go about selecting the right one for them?
A: Choose one who use opensource software (like we do http://sye.co/#cms). Stay away from companies who build ground up solutions (unless you have more money than sense)!

Q: Where do you see your company in 10 years time?
A: Doing more of the same, gradual sustainable growth.

Q: Where do you see the web design industry in the future?
A: Everything is going mobile, I think webdesign will change do handle different devices such as watches and VR devices (after all, it wasn't that long ago when mobile responsive websites was unheard of).

A: My name is Simon so I thought "Hey, SyCo". Unfortunately it was already taken by some guy called Simon Cowell... I tried to buy him off but he wasn't having any of it. So i decided to go for SyeCo (It has eCo in it which I associate with eCommerce). It's also a short domain which I like... http://sye.co

A: Publish valuable content on a regular basis.
