A: Friendly, Savvy, Dogged, Creative & Cutting-Edge

Q: What's your business philosophy?
A: To produce the highest standard of work and to constantly keep our creative tools sharp, ensuring that we can deliver cutting edge projects at fair rates for the client.

Q: Describe your office environment.
A: Our office is a relaxed, creative environment, that even has two drum kits, should anyone need to let off a bit of creative steam!!

Q: Describe how your team interact and work together.
A: Keep one of our team focused on a project, but always bounce ideas and concepts off one another. This ensures that we have the 'outsider looking in' and the 'two heads (or three) are better than one' principles in practice at all times.

Q: What makes you different from other web design companies?
A: I believe it is the fact that we do nest rest on our laurels and go for the 'easy options' when approaching new projects. Coupled with this is our client / designer relationship, of which we are very proud. All of the work we produce will be going into our portfolio and we therefore strive for perfection for the the client and for our company.

Q: How do you get the majority of your business?
A: Many people will maybe say this, but genuinely, our last 25 clients have come from word of mouth and referrals.

Q: Describe how you manage projects from the initial client contact to completion and handover.
A: We will work on logos and or themes and tweak with the client ensuring no time is wasted in design tangents. We then organically create their site and 'go live' once completed.

Q: What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?
A: Listening, understanding and then delivering the goods...!

Q: How do you manage demanding clients?
A: We listen, advise as best as possible and strive to accommodate them and their needs.

Q: If a client was trying to decide between a shortlist of web design companies, how would you recommend they go about selecting the right one for them?
A: Look at their portfolio! All the hype on their website means nothing if their work is of a poor standard

Q: Where do you see your company in 10 years time?
A: We hope to grow a little more, but we would still like to keep it a relatively small operation due to the nature of our client / designer relationship.

Q: Where do you see the web design industry in the future?
A: Mobile devices for sure - this is why we are focusing on flash alternatives and platforms that work the best with mobile technology.

Q: What computers do you have use in your offices, PCs or Macs?
A: Both PC and Mac

Q: How was your company name chosen?
A: We offer robust, future proof and bespoke sites that are rock solid, hence the name....oh and our original, start up office was housed in an old stable block :-)

Q: If you were to give your clients one tip on how to get the most from their website what would it be?
A: Think of it as a plant that needs to be nurtured and maintained and it will constantly bloom for you.
