Q: Describe your office environment.
A: We work in the best environment for our clients, we are more than happy to meet with their at their location or a location which suits them best, we don't have a posh office, but we can pass our savings onto our clients to give them even more value when it comes to creating what our clients require.

Q: Describe how your team interact and work together.
A: As we are only a small company we can make sure everything we promise we can do, we can do. We like to work closely with clients on a personal level whilst at the same time in a professional manner. In the unlikely hood of us not being able to create something for our clients we will ask the client if they would like us to pass that part of the work onto an expert we know, whilst at the same time no charging extra.

Q: What makes you different from other web design companies?
A: We like to undercut other website design companies on price to make us the best value. We make sure our clients are fully happy at every single stage of the process and won't go ahead with anything big without speaking to our clients about it. We speak to our clients on a personal note to ask they what they require, if we produce something they don't like we are more than happy to change it to something they do like. We never ask for the full amount of payment until the client is fully happy with the work we have produced for them.

Q: How do you get the majority of your business?
A: We normally source our work from word of mouth from our current or previous clients. We already have a strong client base and love new clients being added to our fast growing portfolio. We promote ourself through our main website along with creating sub sites to help us reach higher on google ranking through SEO, from us new clients contact us direct, we are pleased when a client emails us and we always do our best to attend to their requirements and questions, we like to have a friendly response when we are contacted.

Q: Describe how you manage projects from the initial client contact to completion and handover.
A: We make it smooth, whilst keeping our clients up to date throughout the process at all times.

Q: What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?
A: Making sure the client is happy with us and the work we do for them is our main aim when it comes to having a good client relationship, we feel if our clients our not happy they should openly let us know as we will happily address any matters they have, we like to give our clients a personal relationship with personal contact details for us, we also stay professional throughout.

Q: How do you manage demanding clients?
A: We like to fulfil their needs step by step, for example if they want a high end website we will first design a professional outline for the website and make sure they are fully happy with that before focusing on the smaller details such as images, related media, social intergration and video. We feel if we break it down this way we don't miss anything out that the client wants, and we make sure they are happy at each stage of the process.

Q: If a client was trying to decide between a shortlist of web design companies, how would you recommend they go about selecting the right one for them?
A: We would ask them their requirements and budget and if we can 100% meet what the client wants, then we wouldn't push the client to choose us but we would advise them that we can do the job professionally and quickly and work with them throughout. We normally beat most quotes from other website design companies so hopefully our services will be more appealing to them.

Q: Where do you see your company in 10 years time?
A: We hope to have an even bigger happy client base, have an upmarket office so if our client wants to come to us we can provide a professional and relaxed environment, along with taking on staff to expand our range of services and provide an even better service. We are always looking to improve client experience to the best possible standard and this will be our aim throughout. Listening to clients feedback will help us progress our company.

Q: Where do you see the web design industry in the future?
A: We see the industry change even more with more technology which us designers will have to learn to keep providing clients with the latest in web technology. We see even more social networks being created and an fast increase in business getting online and we aim to be their every step of the way.

Q: What computers do you have use in your offices, PCs or Macs?
A: Both PC and Mac

Q: How was your company name chosen?
A: We liked the name 'lush' and it seems to be a term when something is good or loved, we want our company to be loved and produce good looking stuff! We are created and we do design work so 'lush creative design' seemed perfect and we feel it stands out from the crowd!

Q: If you were to give your clients one tip on how to get the most from their website what would it be?
A: 1. Make it look outstanding 2. Promote it through intergraded social media 3. Put something on their which will make people want to use your website 4. Make sure you are happy with it
