Q: What's your name and position in the company?
A: I am Soniya, Head marketing and Business Development with zaptech Solutions

Q: What's your business philosophy?
A: We're a small company of top performers with a passion for what we do. We've learned a lot of things about web development over the years and one of the most important things is to keep the approach Direct and Simple.

Q: Describe your office environment.
A: We work 9 to 8 am . all of us are workaholics here. Lots of coffee lots of Samosas and group discsussions

Q: Describe how your team interact and work together.
A: We talk to each other - on regular department meet ups or Just speak face to face over a cup of coffee we have Inhouse Chat the we use and work is always assigned through SVN and BASECAMP.

Q: How do you get the majority of your business?
A: We are 100 % Exprt Oriented unit for Software development, Web Applications development and Graphi and Multimedia designs as well as Search engine marketing services

Q: What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?
A: Honest Communication

Q: How do you manage demanding clients?
A: Through regular conference calls with the Designer/prgramme the client gets in direct touch with developer working on the project. The Project manager supervises the Calls and we mantain a well defined proejct scope documents and Work flow charts for the client to refer apart from the Live Development IP that we provide . This does the trick of satisfying a Demanding client.

Q: If a client was trying to decide between a shortlist of web design companies, how would you recommend they go about selecting the right one for them?
A: One should always select a company that understands what the client needs and offcource the experience the comapny has to deal with the Project . But in the end it is the Positive feeling that the company Provides which matters the most important.

Q: Where do you see your company in 10 years time?
A: top ten in Nascom

Q: Where do you see the web design industry in the future?
A: Sky rocketting High!!!!

Q: What computers do you have use in your offices, PCs or Macs?
A: Both PC and Mac

Q: How was your company name chosen?
A: Zaptech Means - Technology with a Blast, we combined the two words Zapped!( meaning BLASt/shocked ) and tech( meaning Technology). I guess it descibes an IT company of 21st century

Q: If you were to give your clients one tip on how to get the most from their website what would it be?
A: 1) keep The site navigation simple, 2) The design should be not overcrowding. 3) Colors should be used in harmony 4) Text should speak to the client and not be as boring as bible teachings. 5) Your website should always be SEO friendly
