I found Webchime after meeting the founder on an Entrepreneur message board. He was so friendly and cordial -- I was looking for help designing a website for a new startup I was thinking about. Not only did they provide FAST mock-ups, they gave me an entire folder of photos to choose from as my main images! He is also always available through Skype for immediate help, and has affordable rates. I give this company an A+!

(PS- The only reason my startup isn't running yet is lack of funding on my end (content)--as soon as the website is running I will provide the URL so anyone interested in using them can see the final product!)
