A: My name is Mayank Mishra and I am the director of this company.

Q: What's your business philosophy?
A: We wake up with new ideas and discuss with our team, we start working on it and present innovative ideas in front of our customers. There is no any short cut of profit in business, we are moving step by step towards our goal. We take every stone on our way as a milestone of future. AITS is a team of young dynamic people with expertise in their own fields. We always try to serve fresh things.

Q: Describe your office environment.
A: I created a very friendly environment in my office so that they work in very synchronized way and I am very happy with my team. They are doing very nice work on time. In my opinion as a businessman you should trust your employee not because they are good but if you trust them they will never do wrong with you. I am really glad to work with so much knowledgeable employees who are working with me not just for good future but also for giving best possible profit.

Q: Describe how your team interact and work together.
A: They enjoy a lot, The help each other as a family members.

Q: What makes you different from other web design companies?
A: We never and ever think about our profit and pocket. We always worry for our clients work and do our best for them. We always think how we can profit them most so that they will give better opportunities in future. Our team is totally professional and we give 24/7 100% efforts.

A: We get the majority of business by our quality work and mouth publicity.

A: See, first of all we approach our customer and present ourselves. If they like our creativity we start working on projects.

Q: What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?
A: Maintaining any relationship is very hard for anyone in this universe. We never believe in providing wrong information in first interaction for getting business. We call our clients regularly and take their feedback. We also provide ticket system so that they can get instant troubleshooting.

A: They need to check the client list of website. They have to email companies for requesting brochures and list of website they created.
