A: We. Weave. Web.

Q: What's your business philosophy?
A: Non-corporate, "RE-WORK"ing. What we mean by this is that we provide quality services at affordable rate and we have a non-corporate philosophy which helps us reduce design and development times. By the REWORK philosophy, we do not waste time in long meetings and allow our designers to come up with quality and creative designs.

Q: Describe your office environment.
A: Our office is currently our home where we do most of the business/development. We'll be moving onto a new office soon! We've redesigned the whole atmosphere of the room to reflect the clarity, creativity and innovativeness inherent in our rooms!

Q: Describe how your team interact and work together.
A: We work face-to-face. We discuss and collaborate, by collaborating we mean that everyone comes to the same conclusion at the end. We do not disturb others to organise a meeting, the meeting just happens!

Q: What makes you different from other web design companies?
A: TripleW provides web designing, application development, SEO/SEM, E-Commerce, PSD2HTML conversions, rapid prototyping, maintenance on the web/internet technology side. Which, any other company provides. We also provide Hardware design/optimisation services to big factories where there are problems plenty. A new profile added to our company recently is IT Security, by which we secure our customers' website and infrastructure. We aim to be a product company in the future which caters to all the 3 fields - web, security and gadget controlling

Q: How do you get the majority of your business?
A: Referrals by word-of-mouth and affiliate marketing

Q: Describe how you manage projects from the initial client contact to completion and handover.
A: Kick Off, Site Architecture, Client Review, Visual Design, Web Development, Project Launch

Q: What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?
A: Frequent interaction and meeting deadlines

Q: How do you manage demanding clients?
A: We have experienced demanding clients who want the work done then and there. We respond by completing it on time and with impeccable quality. If the time allotted is not okay with us, we tell the client in a straight-forward way to postpone the time to completion

Q: If a client was trying to decide between a shortlist of web design companies, how would you recommend they go about selecting the right one for them?
A: I'd ask them to request a quote from each of the web design companies, compare the process and their successful websites till now.

Q: Where do you see your company in 10 years time?
A: As a product-based company integrating human lives to the digital world in a fashion that puts less strain on people

Q: Where do you see the web design industry in the future?
A: Web design is a necessity of modern times. Businesses are started almost everyday, and they require websites. But there's going to be a lot of competition for web design. Hence we will be branching out to a product based outfit soon

Q: What computers do you have use in your offices, PCs or Macs?
A: Both PC and Mac

Q: How was your company name chosen?
A: We wanted to be a company synonymous to the world wide web (WWW) which consists of 3 W's. Hence, we named it TripleW
