Q: Describe your office environment.
A: A very peaceful environment where developers and designers and the team leaders can interact each other for a team work. Comfortable air conditioned seating with new computers, accessories and high speed internet access to speed up the results. Free refreshment arrangements and first aid facilities incorporated for the well being of the team members.

Q: Describe how your team interact and work together.
A: Discussions forums once in a week, to share and discuss new or resolved issues on development. Each team have 5 members including a team leader. If a team is unable to resolve a problem, the team will handover it to the another team who is capable of.

Q: What makes you different from other web design companies?
A: 70% of our team members are well experienced in the web development with an experience of 3 to 10 years. And most of them are team members of Suffix E Solutions from the first day itself. A: Word of Mouth, 60% of the our new orders are from reference of our valuable clients.

Q: Describe how you manage projects from the initial client contact to completion and handover.
A: Take all requirements, learn, clear all doubts, documentation, layout designing/ERD diagram/wire frames, 48 - 72 hours response, quality checking, and delivery

Q: What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?
A: Patients to listen, client respect , trust worthiness, achieving time targets and commitments, quick response, and say NO where required than killing valuable time of the client.

Q: How do you manage demanding clients?
A: Straight forward and economical closing of projects, 50% advance to start of for small projects and 50% before launch. For bigger projects schedules as discussed and finalized for convenience of the client.

Q: If a client was trying to decide between a shortlist of web design companies, how would you recommend they go about selecting the right one for them?
A: Reliability, work experience, and do not bring quote as major criteria. Some companies will try to catch projects by placing less quotes. These kind of companies 70% are cheaters, in the sense they will not be able to complete the committed task. For everything there is a minimum cost required other than charity.

A: A minimum of 500 employees with marketing offices in all countries

A: We design/development industry will grow tremendously in the nearer future, all developing countries reached less than 10 % of its population to internet literacy. The web requirement will increase drastically.
