Q: What's your business philosophy?
A: To help those with a limited budget and little internet marketing knowledge gain a presence on the internet. From simple and affordable website design to a range of affordable internet marketing packages.

Q: Describe your office environment.
A: We have a nice small office at The Noida in India. There's loads of businesses here and the facilities are fantastic.

Q: Describe how your team interact and work together.
A: We 're working 99% of the time but when we do come up for air we all get along like a house on fire.

Q: What makes you different from other web design companies?
A: Our pricing and customer service set us aside from the rest. In terms of value you'll be hard pushed to find something better.

Q: How do you get the majority of your business?
A: 80% of our business is generated by being on the first page of Google for cheap website design and other industry related keywords. The remainder we generate from social media or our blog.

Q: Describe how you manage projects from the initial client contact to completion and handover.
A: Using a simple online form we establish a clients needs and aims prior to an order being placed. We then send over the initial draft via email, and the designer works with the client to make changes until they are happy to go live.

Q: What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?
A: Honesty - Setting realistic expectations in terms of quality of work, timescales for completion and search engine performance helps ensure customers are extremely satisfied with the end result which helps create that good working relationship.

Q: How do you manage demanding clients?
A: We try to make each and every customer aware of our capabilities and timescales prior to an order being placed. If we can't do something we'll make that very clear from the start. This approach helps to ensure a clients expectations are what they should be and helps avoid any situation where a customer would have to demand anything.

Q: Where do you see your company in 10 years time?
A: Our only aim is for steady growth. We want to maintain personal contact with all our clients to ensure the highest level of service and customer care.

Q: Where do you see the web design industry in the future?
A: The need for a website will gradually become more important as time goes on. With new devices on the horizon such as Google Glass the need for information in electronic format will be higher than ever.

A: PC

Q: If you were to give your clients one tip on how to get the most from their website what would it be?
A: Drive traffic to your website by being active on Social Media sites like Twitter and Facebook. At least 30% of our business is generated via Social Media. It's extremely powerful and the only cost is your time.
