A: Good communication is important. It's important that we understand the needs of the client and that they understand what I am going to provide for them.

A: We try to make each and every customer aware of our capabilities and timescales prior to an order being placed. If we can't do something we'll make that very clear from the start. This approach helps to ensure a clients expectations are what they should be and helps avoid any situation where a customer would have to demand anything.
