A: We have internal chats and developers have an direct access to me if they face any issues or need any clarifications/ help.

A: Till date we have lost only one unsatisfied client and all the rest are working with us, even after so many years. It makes us proud to be their development partners, rather then being just a vendor.

Q: How do you get the majority of your business?
A: New clients are coming through LinkedIn and through bidding sites. We also get references and more then 60% of our business is repeat and ongoing work from existing clients itself.

Q: Describe how you manage projects from the initial client contact to completion and handover.
A: Being a CEO and lead developer, I am personally involved right from the initial discussion and requirement gathering phase till the development and the delivery. I am involved in every day work and all the project updates are given by my team to me on daily basis. I am the one point of contact apart from the developer for any and all communication related to project. I am available 24*7 via skype and on phone .

Q: What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?
A: communication and deliverables.

Q: How do you manage demanding clients?
A: i have personally handled them by providing them my direct contact details and have worked from them 16 hours a day for 18 days in a stretch also.

A: Check the solutions they have developed and the technologies they have used, this will help client analyse the companies capabilities. check the portfolio also.

A: we are growing at 25% CAGR, looking forward to working on all latest technologies raather then being just a Microsoft development firm

A: Both PC and Mac

A: Its a development methodology and I have a liking towards it though we work on agile as well.
