It was a very pleasent experience to interact with the designer and developers at Sagacious. The personalised interactions were very satisfactory, all change requests made out were promptly taken up. The development process involved mutual co ordination and we were constantly in touch at all levels of development. No jargons were used in the communications, everything was very well co ordinated. Initially we were a little sceptical but as the work transpired, we were quite satisfied and happy with the professional approach of the design company.

After the initial contact, I was assigned a designer. I sent detailed information about my audience and they were very creative in responding to my requirements. I had worked with 3 other firms with unsatisfactory results in that they didn't "get it"
Sagacious not only got it but came up with an outstanding design.
Most of the little glitches were my fault, but they put in the extra time and effort willingly. I know I can be a "difficult" client, in that I get more ideas as the project develops and they were gracious in responding to my requests.
Also, my time zone is 14 hrs behind theirs; they always responded with 24 hours or sooner.
The original design exceeded my expectations and I am thrilled with the results.
