A: We offer agency style websites at low prices with unlimited design revisions and personal levels of customer care.

A: Most businesses find us on the search engines although we have a growing amount of word by mouth referrals from our 500+ customers

A: Contact is maintained by email with our designers or via the UK and PK project support team

Q: What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?
A: We always try to help our customers, many of whom for which this is their first website and give advice as well as the best possible product.

A: Our UK and PK support team are available on the telephone to talk through any issues and resolve any problems.

A: Look at the standard of their portfolio, how many customers they have and how long they have been a business. There are too many fly-by-night companies that don't offer ongoing support

A: We will continue to expand in order to become the foremost brand for websites / web technologies

A: Web design will evolve to format information on a multitude of different devices and locations of which a website will still be a key part.

A: Always think about the end-purpose of the site, whether it is enquiries or sales or brand awareness - there should always be an end-goal.
