A: Our business philosophy is to create and nurture positive employee and customer relationships where we are all better as a result of having one another in each other’s lives. The realistic application of this philosophy is to ensure that there is a constant flow of respect for time, care for each other’s well being and support for our mutual success in the form of providing instructions, knowledge, and resources necessary to get the job done to the best of everyone’s ability.

A: We have an excellent working environment that gives employees a delightful and decent work culture. We regularly organizing birthday parties, festival celebrations, fun activities and a lot more. It refreshes the employee\'s minds and makes themselves ready to work without pressure and full of creativity. Also, we appreciate our employees \' hard work and dedication by giving them monthly awards and trophies.

Q: Describe how your team interact and work together.
A: We have an outstanding team who always work together to deliver quality services. Our team regularly interacts with other employees and freshers to seamless their work process. We have seniors who are always helping their co-workers and juniors. We work as a team and provide value as a package to deliver creative outputs.

A: I believe you must be transparent, committed and knowledgeable to answer all the answers to your client’s questions. I handle my clients by analyzing their exact requirements and needs and what they want in their application. Once we analyze their imagination, we started showing our creativity to make them surprise.

Q: How do you manage demanding clients?
A: We don’t try to talk over the clients or argue with them. We listen to our customer queries and respond to them appropriately. We always behave politely to the clients. Whatever they say we listen and come up with the best solution.

Q: Where do you see your company in 10 years time?
A: Being a founder, I am focusing my company to reach new heights. I do not want to limit my company as a mobile app development service but to a package and a hub to deliver any kind of solution you need. I planned lots of things to include in it. As of now, I can say Fluper will be a Walmart in the technological world in the next ten years.

Q: Where do you see the web design industry in the future?
A: The world is going to be digital and in the next few years, everything will be online, and the demand for the app development industry will thrive in the market. But the competitions will also be extremely high. The future of mobile app development will focus on shortening the life cycles of production.

Q: What computers do you have use in your offices, PCs or Macs?
A: Both PC and Mac

Q: How was your company name chosen?
A: Deciding the company name was a tough choice for us. It takes 2 months to choose from. I have written down so many names but none of it makes me impress to fit in my expectations. After a month, I come up with two names that were ‘Fluid’ and ‘Performer’. After that, I joined the two names, and Fluper born.

Q: If you were to give your clients one tip on how to get the most from their website what would it be?
A: I will suggest analyzing your app first, its speed, features, loading time and easy to use interface. Once everything is working fine, integrate app analytics in your app. This will give you the right information about your users as to what features they like and what they don’t. If you integrate app analytics appropriately and understand all the information, you will get the most of it.
