A: I am Shankar CAS and I am one of the three Directors of the company.

Q: Describe your office environment.
A: Dream Dezigns is a Company of Infosearch group, which operates in a three storied building in the heart of the city of Chennai, India. The company has a very good infrastructure to supports security and latest technologies.

Q: Describe how your team interact and work together.
A: Dream Dezigns has an experienced and qualified team of Web and Graphic designers with a Designing Head. The head will communicate the business needs of the clients to its team and checks for the design, validates it before it is delivered to the client.

Q: What makes you different from other web design companies?
A: Highly customized service and affordable rates.

Q: How do you get the majority of your business?
A: From Google and from repeat clients.

Q: Describe how you manage projects from the initial client contact to completion and handover.
A: I, the director of the company receive the first enquiry from the client, understands his needs and communicate the dead line and pricing details. Upon mutual agreement, I will introduce the technical person to the client and he can communicate directly with that person. The final project submission is thoughly checked by the technical head, then by me and then I will submit it to the client. Being the Director, I am always available whenever the client needs any support.

Q: What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?
A: A professional, friendly, polite and timely communication at any time/cost.

Q: How do you manage demanding clients?
A: We always follow friendly, polite and yet professional communication and I believe with this approach, we can please any client.

Q: If a client was trying to decide between a shortlist of web design companies, how would you recommend they go about selecting the right one for them?
A: The client must choose a web design company which is very easy to interact/communicate, which delivers quality work and at the same time finishes project at affordable rates.

Q: Where do you see your company in 10 years time?
A: My company is rapidly growing since inception. We have happy successful clients across the globe. I am very sure, we would even grow with lots of new clients and also with our prestigious existing / old clients.

Q: Where do you see the web design industry in the future?
A: One of the rapidly growing industry is Web designing and it has a very bright future.

Q: What computers do you have use in your offices, PCs or Macs?
A: PC

Q: How was your company name chosen?
A: Our company slogan is Drain Your Web Designing Dream to us and we will make it come true. To coincide with this slogan, we coined the company name - Dream Dezigns.

Q: If you were to give your clients one tip on how to get the most from their website what would it be?
A: Unique content, usability and SEO Web design.
