A: Carv Info Solutions is an active and an enterprising web design company which by its innovative and global approach endeavours at the generation of innovative and customized ideas to propel a business to new heights. We give a face to the business (Web Designing), popularize the business (Internet Marketing), help it to the top to earn wealth (SEO & SEM) and also protect the treasure from the rivals (Online Reputation Management).

Q: Describe your office environment.
A: Our office environment is soothing,work friendly and above all focused.We have an ambiance that brings out the best out of our employees.

Q: Describe how your team interact and work together.
A: We us e the best tools online and offline for collaboration among the team and even between the team and the client.We deploy whiteboards,sound proof meeting rooms,online collaboration tools and project management systems for this purpose.

Q: What makes you different from other web design companies?
A: Nothing , we are all the same, only our attitude is a little different.

Q: How do you get the majority of your business?
A: Online marketing, advertisements and of course word of mouth.

Q: Describe how you manage projects from the initial client contact to completion and handover.
A: We move step by step. We first gather requisites from the client. Do research on our side. Share it with the client. Discuss with the client.Rewrite the requisites. Develop a prototype.Share with client. Do changes till the client is satisfied. DEVELOP AND DESIGN and then again we ask the client for feedback. After doing changes as per client demands. We test the whole system again and then handover the project to the client. And yes we also take payments in the whole process :)

Q: What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?
A: Communication, understanding,patience and honesty . Those are four pillars on which in my opinion the client relationship stands. In fact any relationship stands on those four pillars.

Q: How do you manage demanding clients?
A: Patience and Communication is the key to manage demanding clients. You should never forget performance.If a client has hired you he wants your best if he is demanding or not.And if you are giving your best he is demanding or not he is happy with you. And as marketing says " Client Retention is always Cheaper than Client Acquisition"

Q: If a client was trying to decide between a shortlist of web design companies, how would you recommend they go about selecting the right one for them?
A: Although we all do the same work but work experience in different domains,fields,platforms etc does us apart.So it solely depends on the client what they exactly want and who has the right experience.Some people would have worked on Wordpress or in Joomla .Hiring them for Shopify does not make sense but there are some all-rounders out there too.

Q: Where do you see your company in 10 years time?
A: As your best company fulfilling all your web based needs.

Q: Where do you see the web design industry in the future?
A: Just like mobile number one day everyone will have a web address
