A: My name is Amit Chawla and I am a CEO and founder of the company.

A: Always keep updated with latest technologies, new advancements to deliver good work.

A: We believe that if your employees are happy then you can achieve any success. We always try to keep healthy environment by organizing weekdays games, monthly/yearly trip etc.

A: Every team member work as a family and give every effort to support each other.

A: We have a team of 15 web designers having 4+ years of experience. Excellent, unique creative web design is our Guarantee.

Q: How do you get the majority of your business?
A: We mostly get new business through previous client's references. And also have 3 business development executives.

Q: Describe how you manage projects from the initial client contact to completion and handover.
A: We use Skype, Team-viewer, Trello for better client interaction. At the end of the day we always update the work status report to client(s).

Q: What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?
A: Regular communication with client and work update is very important to keep up the good relationship.

Q: How do you manage demanding clients?
A: Our main ambition is client satisfaction at any cost. We always try to finish the work before the deadlines by keeping quality and perfection. Daily work status report delivered to client.

A: Feedback/Testimonials, Overall experience in a particular filed., Portfolios and then the small interview session would be enough.

A: Honestly, At this stage we are not thinking about too far. But we would like to known for One of the best agencies in future in terms of Quality work.

A: Due to the enhancement in tools and technology web design industry becoming more stronger and creative. Definitely this industry will be in every corner of the world soon in future.

A: Both PC and Mac

Q: How was your company name chosen?
A: Yeah very good question!! Memories still in my mind! I was sitting with my best friend in a CCD and there he through a few words towards me like pinnacle, Accenture, Ariel etc.
