A: creative, willing, efficient, helpful, friendly

Q: What's your business philosophy?
A: We know that all business and individuals want the best website for themselves, no one wants to have a bad website, we aim to give you the best website for your business. We also know that you don't want to wait 7 years while we go on a epic trek to make your website. We aim to have you up and online in a reasonable time frame. We believe we are not web designers, but facilitators to your website design. We help you realize your website idea.

Q: Describe your office environment.
A: As there is only a few of us, it is a small snug office with lots of music.

Q: Describe how your team interact and work together.
A: Everybody does a little bit of everything, we plan out what we need to do and each takes their specialty item and gets it done.

Q: What makes you different from other web design companies?
A: Our turn around is very fast, we aim to have a working website to the client within 4 weeks, we also provide long term support free after completion.

Q: How do you get the majority of your business?
A: We get a lot of business from referrals.

Q: Describe how you manage projects from the initial client contact to completion and handover.
A: We create a demo site that our client can see so they can see the site develop over time

Q: What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?
A: Listening, we find most clients have an idea of what they want their website to be and look like, but aren't quite sure on how to go about it, so you must listen and grasp what the client wants from their website. Flexibility is needed also, clients have the right to change their mind and we feel important that they can express their ideas.

Q: How do you manage demanding clients?
A: We give all clients early access to view the developing site so for the most demanding clients we show them the changes happening as they ask for them.

Q: If a client was trying to decide between a shortlist of web design companies, how would you recommend they go about selecting the right one for them?
A: Check out the various companies websites, and portfolios and see who has a style that you like the most. Phone some of their past clients and ask their opinion of the company. Ask the companies to present a draft idea for your website.

Q: Where do you see your company in 10 years time?
A: I hope we are bigger and better. I would like to be looking at some very successful businesses and saying we made their website.

Q: Where do you see the web design industry in the future?
A: Huge! I think web design industry is one of the most important industry and one of the most over looked industry, the web is only getting bigger, and it can't if there isn't the industry to make it pretty.

Q: What computers do you have use in your offices, PCs or Macs?
A: PC

Q: How was your company name chosen?
A: Our company name is long one, we also used to own a LAN gaming centre and it was the name for that. "Tir Na" is the "land of" in Irish, so we corrupted "Frag" which is a score in a computer game to be pseudo Irish and "Fragi". Locally we got known by the name and thought it was unique enough to hopefuly get us noticed on a bigger scale

Q: If you were to give your clients one tip on how to get the most from their website what would it be?
A: Use it. So many business and people believe that a website is a static thing or an all powerful business tool when it is nothing unless that the client uses it.
