Phillippa knew exactly what I wanted. She created my website perfectly and the end product was exactly what I wanted plus a whole lot more!! Being an individual who knows little about websites and technology ODM spoke to me in simple terms with no confusing terminology. My kindle, lap top and iphone where all set up to have all I needed to access there,ready which was great for me being uneasy with technology.

I was made to feel part of the whole process, receiving regular updates and progress reports of their work,plans and future ideas. I would without a doubt recommend Open Door Media to anyone wanting a quality, friendly service! Oh and they make amazing coffee!!

Absolutely fantastic service & website! I was very impressed with the quality of the site & how quickly the work was done. I sent all the information as requested & was consulted at all stages of the design & shown previews until everything was to my satisfaction. At no point did I feel that didn't have a say in the design process or final outcome of the website. Streaming media & YouTube/Facebook was also incorporated, which is extremely useful to a musician such as myself!

ODM also did the job for a very reasonable price.

I would definitely recommend them if you need a website designing : )

I found ODM whilst looking for a company to design a new logo for me. Phillippa at ODM was fantastic and I was so pleased with logo I decided to ask to them to design my website. Phillippa understood my brief (somehow) and the website designed by ODM completely surpassed my expectations. It was great to be able to see the various stages of my new design and be given the opportunity to add to or make changes throughout the design process.

It was really important that I was able to easily make regular changes and updates to my new site and I was worried from the offset that I would not understand how to do this when it came to it, despite Phillippa's continued assurances. She was right, I can not believe how easy it is to add photos/text to my website.

I would not hesitate to recommend ODM and Phillippa to anyone in the future - I love my new website!
