Web design is not a simple process and it relies not just on a good designer producing something that has the perfect look, but on good communication between client and designer.

*W*o*w* that's impressive pudding if you ask me.
Pixelapes are highly regarded in their field, because they are professional and care about every aspect of your organisations website and branding. From initial concept to final delivery, communication is always open and they are quick to get back to you if you have any queries. They took the time to listen and respond to the specific requests we had for the Distilled Ideas site, and delivered far beyond our expectations. Then they trained us up with Wordpress skills (an impressive feat in itself!) so now we're free to update our site whenever we need to.
Impressed with their attention to detail and design portfolio, we are now working with them on printed training materials for our some of our clients.
Highly recommend.

The communication from the word go was excellent. After an initial chat about design, we received a number of design options and all were extremely suitable for our site as well as all being designs we liked.
The designers sent us a very coherent email with instructions for using an excellent proofing software. This made the process even easier, we were able to highlight aspects of the web pages and leave comments to which the designers responded to immediately leaving no room for miscommunication.
It also helped that they took the time to expain each step to us in a way we could understand. This was especially helpful when it came to the Wordpress Training, the training was excellent and again in a patient jargon free manner. We felt confident that we could update our sites, stress free - and we were right.
The designers really listened to what we wanted. When we saw the initial ideas we really felt that they has taken our ideas into consideration and from that created an original design that perfectly suits our company. We weren't surprised by the final product because we were kept so informed along the way but it was great to see it on the web and be really proud of it.
I would recommend Pixelapes to anyone, we had total confidence in them after the initial meeting and they didn't let us down. We really felt the design was unique and original and the navigation throughout the site was perfect. The use of the proof software was really outstanding and full marks for organisation, work ethic and communication.

They are open to making changes as required within reason if they are happy it will benefit the finished product..
At all times i was able to view the development build and was asked for feedback .
Any issues that occured were promptly dealt with and i am extremely happy with the finished product.
They are still helpful with any updates that have been applid and if i made a mess ,they are happy to clean it up
