Q: What's your business philosophy?
A: "You're only as good as your last job"

Q: Describe your office environment.
A: Studio-esque, recently refurbished office on a mezanine floor overlooking Tullamore's main street. Painted in the company's colours of white, black and orange. Have a custom print room with Xerox machines.

Q: Describe how your team interact and work together.
A: Use telephone, Skype and email when away from each other, office has an open plan layout so we are all within earshot of each other when passing ideas around.

Q: How do you get the majority of your business?
A: Word of mouth referrals and based on previous work found online or through other media e.g. printed materials, posters, local business network emails, etc.

Q: What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?
A: Listen and take in the information given but also be prepared to offer our own two cents worth of advice that the client might otherwise has overlooked.

Q: If a client was trying to decide between a shortlist of web design companies, how would you recommend they go about selecting the right one for them?
A: Look at previous/current websites online on one computer, then on a separate one (so as to avoid browser cookie preferences) do a search for them based on keywords and services rather than a direct nae and see how they fare.

Q: Where do you see your company in 10 years time?
A: As part of a franchise in the Irish Midlands with at least 2 more outlets serving the area.

Q: Where do you see the web design industry in the future?
A: More dynamic than ever. It will replace the need for phonebooks and directory enquiries as most people will be 3G/4G+ mobile via cellphone and notebook/laptops and be able to get the information via broadband services almost for free.

Q: What computers do you have use in your offices, PCs or Macs?
A: Both PC and Mac

Q: How was your company name chosen?
A: Trying to think of a unique name based on word play. 'dynamite' + 'designs' = Dezynamite.

Q: If you were to give your clients one tip on how to get the most from their website what would it be?
A: Be open to criticism should it arrive. Not every website is 100% dependable or correct, but you can achieve a high mark of success if you get a broader perspective from someone who has been there longer.
